Returns
We accept returns and exchanges in one case only (the product is defective or has a clear design error)
Return window :-
The exchange or return fee for the product is ( free ) in all cases
30 days from delivery date
Refunds (if applicable)
Perhaps you do not need to send the product to us again and we will refund your money ... once we confirm that the product is defective or has a design error ... that is by sending the pictures of the product received and your communication with us via the following email
Important notes:-
1- Refund the money :- It will be the same payment method that you used and chose when purchasing
2- Photographing the defective product :- The product must be photographed three photos from different angles... showing the defect clearly
After we agree to the return process, we will refund you the full amount of the purchase immediately

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
